Acceptance of Terms

By using CNA Exam Prep 2026, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Service Description

CNA Exam Prep 2026 is a CNA exam preparation tool that provides practice questions, flashcards, and study materials. We are not a certified nursing education provider and our content is for supplementary study purposes only.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Purchases & Refunds

Paid access may be available through subscriptions or other purchase options shown in the app. Final pricing, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation options, taxes, and refunds are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account before the renewal date. Deleting your CNA Exam Prep 2026 account does not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription.

Content Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date CNA exam preparation content. However, nursing regulations and exam content may change. Our materials should supplement, not replace, your formal CNA training program.

Intellectual Property

All content, including questions, explanations, and flashcards, is owned by CNA Exam Prep 2026 and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our content.

Limitation of Liability

CNA Exam Prep 2026 is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for exam outcomes. Our service is a study tool and does not guarantee certification.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time in the app from Profile → Delete Account, or by visiting nursemastery.com/delete-account.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual-property claims. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

This clause is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before launch.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
