Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your CNA Exam Prep account directly inside the app, or by contacting us using the form below. Deleting your account will permanently remove:

Your account credentials and profile information
All quiz results and exam scores
Your study progress and streak history
Flashcard progress and bookmarks
Any premium subscription records

⚠️ This action is permanent

Account deletion cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through your App Store or Google Play account before deleting to avoid future charges.

Delete via the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the CNA Exam Prep app:
Profile tab → Delete Account → Confirm

Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account and we will process your deletion request within 30 days.
