This Privacy Policy explains how NurseMastery collects, uses, and protects information for the CNA Exam Prep 2026 mobile app and related CNA study services.

Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and account identifier. If you use sign-in options provided by Apple or another authentication provider, we receive the account information needed to create and manage your app account.

When you use the app, we collect study activity needed to provide the service, such as quiz attempts, scores, answer history, saved questions, missed questions, progress history, streaks, flashcard progress, entitlement status, and the CNA study areas where you may need more practice.

If you purchase paid access, payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card details. We receive subscription status, purchase identifiers, product identifiers, renewal status, and entitlement information through RevenueCat so we can unlock paid features.

If analytics or diagnostics are enabled, we may collect app interaction and technical information, such as screens viewed, buttons tapped, feature usage, app version, device type, operating system version, performance information, crash reports, and diagnostic events. We use this information to improve app reliability, product design, and support.

How We Use Your Information

Data Storage and Security

Account and study data are stored using Supabase. We use secure transport for data in transit and rely on our service providers' security controls for hosted infrastructure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for using a device you trust.

These providers process information on our behalf to operate, secure, and improve the app. We do not sell your personal information.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Paid access may be offered through subscriptions or other in-app purchase options. Billing, renewals, cancellations, taxes, and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for purchase. Deleting your CNA Exam Prep 2026 account does not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep account and study data while your account is active so your progress can sync across sessions. You can delete your account in the app from Profile → Delete Account. You can also request deletion at nursemastery.com/delete-account.

Account deletion removes your account profile and associated CNA study data from our systems, subject to limited retention where required for security, legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.

Your Choices

You can request to view, export, correct, or delete your data by contacting us at privacy@nursemastery.com. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for purchase.

Children's Privacy

The CNA app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Educational Use Only

CNA Exam Prep 2026 is an educational study tool. It does not provide medical advice, clinical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or patient-specific care instructions.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, in-app notice, or by updating the date at the top of this page.
